Jacquelyn Brady, Ph.D.

Current: Dr. Brady is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at San Jose State University, where she conducts research, serves as an advisor in the I/O Master Program, and as a Co-Advisor for Psi-Chi. Dr. Brady teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses covering topics such as I/O Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Training and Development, Occupational Health Psychology, and Advanced Research Methods.
Background: Dr. Brady earned her Ph.D. from Portland State University. She served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Psychology, 1 of 6 National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH; part of the CDC) funded worksites in the United States. |
Gwen Gao

Gwen is currently a graduate student at SJSU in the I/O Psychology master's program. She studied psychology and philosophy at Santa Clara University. Gwen is interested in employee well-being, especially through the lens of work-life balance, and how to use data visualization to explore trends and inform strategies to enhance worker well-being.

Felicia Yi

Felicia is currently a graduate student at SJSU in the M.S. I/O Psychology program. She went to UCLA for her B.A. in Psychology. Felicia is interested in stigmatized populations in the workplace, diversity, and inclusion, and team dynamics. In her free time, she likes to stay at home and watch shows or find new coffee shops in the area.

Stanley is currently an graduate student at San Jose State University. He studied Psychology with a double minor in Applied Computing and Human Systems Integration at San Jose State University. Stanley is interested in human factors and ergonomics and data analytics. In his free time he enjoys trying new foods around San Jose, going on walks at night, and golfing.

Anthony is currently an M.S. graduate student at San Jose State University studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He received his B.A. in Psychology with a minor in English at Seattle University. Anthony is interested in group dynamics, team performance, leadership, work-family conflict, and work-life balance— specifically with military personnel and their families. He enjoys writing, baking, or anything nature-related.

Anekha is currently an undergraduate student at San Jose State University. She is in her fourth year majoring in psychology along with a minor in business. Anekha is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys trying new food spots, spending time with her parakeet and online shopping.

Noora is currently an undergraduate student at SJSU majoring in Psychology eager to pursue a career in I/O psychology. Noora is passionate about contributing to the betterment of her community and volunteers in community-building activities like Children's Classes, Junior Youth Groups, and other empowerment programs in her spare time. She also enjoys Latin dancing and going on adventurous hikes.

Norah is currently an undergraduate student at San Jose State University. She is in her senior year majoring in Psychology and is enthusiastic to be an I/O psychologist. She enjoys watching Netflix with her family in her free time. Matcha is also her favorite drink. She also loves volunteering in community activities.

Olga Baryshnikova is was a graduate student at SJSU. She studied psychology and child development at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly SLO).. Olga is interested in employee training and development, occupational health psychology, and organizational development. In her free time, she enjoys painting, hiking in the Bay Area's many nature preserves, and horseback riding.

Her current interests include workplace diversity & inclusion, team dynamics, and occupational health psychology.

Kat Ramus is currently a graduate student at SJSU in the I/O master's program. During undergraduate she studied psychology and nutrition at the University of Washington in Seattle. Kat is interested in stigmatized populations in the workforce, training, and effective supervision. In her spare-time she's found either hiking, on the beach, or latin dancing.
